Class Registration

You can register one student or three students with this form. Per our rules you can only register up to three for the family discount. When registering multiple students refer to "Student 1"; "Student 2" & "Student 3 as in the "Tuition Information" area. You only fill out Student 2 & 3 if there are multiple students in the same household which qualifies you for the multiple family discount.
